Hello, I'm Kim Gregory and I'm an executive and life coach. I started coaching back in 1998, after nearly 20 years in corporate life (Marks & Spencer, American Express and Exel Logistics), finishing as an HRD in December 1995. I did my MBA fulltime in 1996 and started my own business in 1997. Since then I've coached nearly 100 people, across all sectors and many industries. The people I most enjoy coaching REALLY want to do it and have some genuine changes they want to make in their lives.
As well as having an MBA, I have completed a lot of personal development qualifications, including:
* Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) exams
* Myers Briggs; FIRO-B and the emotional intelligence tool, the EQi
* I have my own coach - so I know it's easier to ask the questions than answer them!
I have been described (many times) as "an iron fist in a kid glove" but also empathic, trustworthy, honest (I think that's where the iron fist might come in!) and a fantastic listener.
