"I have found the coaching process highly empowering through the creation of choices which are in my control. Kim, you have been thoroughly professional and I have personally grown from your wisdom - thank you!" LM, London
In a typical coaching relationship there are usually several parties:
The client (the person wanting coaching)
The coach (a professional coach)
The sponsor (sometimes the line manager, sometimes the Head of Learning or similar)
We coach a number of organisations and have often developed relationships with the Head of Learning or similar. Typically the Head of Learning will act as the main point of contact, either contacting us directly or giving our details to the person wanting coaching (perhaps that's how you came to be reading this?).
Typically it's often up to us to fix a free meeting to explore who would be the right coach for you. Once we've found the right coach then we'll agree some objectives, the coaching services you want and fix the first meeting date. In the meantime, take a look around the rest of the site and see what else there is to learn about coaching and about our coaches.
