Leadership coaching is entirely confidential AND we have to consider the needs of any “sponsor”. We’ve had a lot of practice – and it can still be a challenge! However, it’s one of the cornerstones of our approach that your confidentiality is assured – it’s just a matter of ensuring that everyone understands the ground rules AND that we’re sensitive and responsive to the sponsor’s needs too.
