Decades of research have concluded that emotional intelligence (EQ) is at least as important - probably more important - than IQ. There are many definitions. Here's our favourite:

Testing EQ
There are a number of different tools administered by different organisations. Kim Gregory and Helena Brown are trained and qualified to use the Baron EQi - probably the longest in existence and best tested but not well known yet.
