Hello I’m Gill How and my background is business improvement from implementing IT systems, with British Gas and Digital Equipment (now Hewlett Packard). However I found I enjoyed people aspects of change the most, bringing people together to work collaboratively to create solutions, and also coaching leaders of change programmes.
