Hello, I’m Kim Gregory and I run The Strengths Consultancy, a small business with a big ambition: to support organisations to achieve greater profitability and creativity through unleashing the full potential of its people by realising and applying their energising strengths. And we like doing this across the entire employee life cycle: from attracting and recruiting to appraisals and talent management to outplacement. And all through understanding what energises individuals and teams and designing an environment where they can flourish and thrive.
It’s a great are to work in and we love it. We enjoy presenting, coaching, training and consulting on the Strengths Approach and have in-depth experience of successfully working with clients to do it. We’d love to talk to you about it.
My background is in Training and HR, working at Marks & Spencer, Premier (then part of American Express) and Ocean Group (now part of DHL). I completed my MBA in 1996 and launched this business in January 1997. I became an Executive Coach in 1998 and became an accredited user of the Myers Briggs, FIRO-B, EQi psychometrics shortly afterwards.
I have been involved in Positive Psychology for about 5 years and began by completing my PP training with Capp and Co, resulting in becoming an accredited user of the Realise2 and Realise2 Team. However, I now am an enthusiastic Accredited Strengthscope Partner, trained to the Train the Trainer level so I offer Accredited Training for the Strengthscope and StrengthscopeTeam psychometrics – both fabulous tools that are have a genuine and lasting impact on clients and are a pleasure to work with.
